Yes. Free property evaluations are available for homeowners throughout our service area. Our local crews inspect roofing materials, flashing, ventilation, siding, and gutters — and we use drone imaging when needed to capture a complete picture of your property’s condition.
How quickly can you respond after a storm?
With offices in both Waukee and Clarion, our teams can respond quickly following hail, wind, or severe weather events across Central Iowa. We’ve inspected more than 14,500 properties and served over 3,100 homeowners since Chandler Steffy began in the roofing industry in 1997.
Can you help with insurance claims after storm damage?
We provide the detailed documentation and evaluation data homeowners need when working directly with their insurance company, though we are not public adjusters. What roofing materials do you install?
As an Owens Corning Platinum Preferred contractor, we install Duration (Class 3) and Duration FLEX (Class 4) impact-resistant shingles. Class 3 and 4 impact shingles may qualify homeowners for up to a 20% discount on insurance premiums. All installations include 50-year non-prorated warranties.
