Waking up to a tree through a roof is a very stressful experience. I got a couple quotes and Chandler stood out to me. He was honest, genuine, and took... read more the time to answer all my questions (and I had a lot)! Our situation was a bit more complicated as I am not located in the same state and Chandler went above and beyond to make sure we were involved in the process, just like we were there on site with him. He even went as far as talking to his mom about how horrible our situation was and they both said an extra prayer for us that the nightmare rental would become much easier to deal with...and I think it might have worked! 🙂 The office staff was just as helpful! Abby was great at answering another slew of questions that I had with kindness and patience.
