Jake wants people to know that while commercial projects often bring to mind very large jobs, Superstorm is dedicated to handling everything from the smallest repairs to the largest jobs in the state of Iowa.
Outside of work, Jake enjoys several hobbies that keep him active and engaged. He loves playing golf, taking walks with his dog, and striving to have the best lawn in the neighborhood. Soon, he will have a new full-time hobby as he becomes a dad in July 2024. A fun fact about Jake is that he is a die-hard Iowa fan who earned his bachelor’s degree from Iowa State, making him one of the few brave fans who support the Hawkeyes despite his Cyclone education. When he is relaxing at home Jake enjoys watching “House of Cards,”the movie “Dune 2,” and loves reading both fiction and non-fiction. His favorite non-fiction book is “Fanatical Prospecting,” and his favorite fiction book is “Wool” from the Silo series.
A piece of advice he lives by is, “Listen to understand, not to respond,” reflecting his belief in the importance of empathy and effective communication.
